Building Community
THROUGH ATTAINABLE HOMES

Welcome to the Housing Trust of Benzie.

NOTICE BOARD

Thank you to the 125+ people who joined us for our Cottages at Corning Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on June 11th.

It was a tremendous show of community support and we cannot thank our event sponsors, donors, and funding partners who helped make this project a reality.

We anticipate closing on all four homes by mid-July.

For more details, check out the Record Patriot article, the UpNorthLive articleor our Facebook Page.

We received a $25,000 grant from The Seabury Foundation in May!

A huge thanks to our family advocate and the board for their trust in supporting housing in Benzie!

Thank you to all who joined us for our Annual Community Conversation on Feb 11th!
